Record-Breaking Careers Fair Inspires BCGS Students
Posted on: 20/07/2026During the final term of the academic year, Barton Court Grammar School proudly hosted its largest ever Careers Fair, bringing together an impressive range of opportunities and career pathways for students to explore.
The event welcomed 43 exhibitors and 62 employees, representing a diverse mix of academic, vocational and work-based routes. Students had the opportunity to speak directly with professionals from a variety of industries, gaining valuable insight into future education, training and employment opportunities.
The Careers Fair proved to be a huge success, with 100% of surveyed students reporting that they found the event useful. Students praised the chance to learn more about different career options, ask questions and receive advice from experienced professionals.
The positive impact of the event was also recognised by employers in attendance. One exhibitor commented: “What a fantastic group of students. All year groups seemed so engaged!”
