Barton Court Celebrates Black History Month 2025

Barton Court Grammar School is incredibly proud to have held its first Black History Month celebration on Friday 17 October. This was organised by the Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Society.

Led by Year 13 students, the students reflected on the importance of black history and its contribution to society. Students enjoyed poetry from Maya Angelou, Benjamin Zephaniah and Caleb Femi, as well as music and food, to celebrate and mark the event.
