Our School

Barton Court Grammar School is a state, selective, co-educational school with Academy Trust status.  The School has a strong reputation for its high academic standards and its caring and supportive ethos.  The School is an accredited "Advanced Thinking School".

The Post

The Governors wish to appoint a well qualified Learning Mentor/SEN Assistant to support students with statements of educational needs.  The use of Word and Excel are essential and you should possess GCSE's in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above as you also be providing administrative support to the SENCO.

This is a term time only post + two Staff Development Days, one of which will be the first day of each new academic year.

This post is 37 hours per week from 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am-3.30pm on Friday with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
