Canterbury Arts Conference 2019
Posted on: 12/07/2019The Art Department is delighted to announce that Parker Chandler and Ruby Burns came first and second in the Canterbury Arts Conference 2019 School Competition.
The work the students submitted was of a high standard and to win the top two prizes is a fantastic achievement by both students.
We then had two students who were shortlisted (Parker Chandler and Edward Norris) for the ‘Power’ exhibition run by UCA, although the students did not win the top prize, to be shortlisted in such a prestigious competition shows the consistent high standard of work completed by the students.
We are very proud of the performance of all our students in competitions during this academic year which highlights the quality of the work achieved by the students in our Art Department.
