IB Diploma Results from our first cohort of students

102 students took the exams. The range of Diploma scores was 21-39 while the mean was 30 which equals the mean worldwide of IB Diploma results. This is a great testimony to the dedication and diligence of staff and students in this, our first year.

The great majority of our students have been successful in their university applications. Overall the offers made by the universities were reasonable and demonstrate their increasing understanding and appreciation of the IB. This was despite the unprecedentedly high number of applicants nationally this year on account of population bulge and recession - 70 000 students more than ever before with places in the Clearing System halved to 22 000.

Surrey (Nursing), Christ Church (Education, Nursing Accountancy, Criminology, Social Sciences, Music Prod), Buckingham (Criminol), London Metropolitan (Events Mgt), Wesminster (Fashion).

UCA required 24 to join the Art Foundation Course too.

Some students who achieved less than the Diploma minimum of 24 still were awarded their offer at university. These include such places as:
